What You'll Do
- →You will monitor enlisted authorizations and assignments in view of Navy Recruiting goals and needs.
- →You will assist and advise management on civilian personnel practices and programs.
- →You will gather, compile, and analyze data to identify trends, deficiencies and accomplishments.
- →You will direct, monitor, and control operations and maintenance of base-level personnel data systems.
