What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART) enlisted position provides planning, directing, organizing, and 1st level supervision of the Human Resources Military Personnel Section (MPS).
- →Duties: Plan, organize, and direct the activities of Military Personnel Programs, ensuring that Military Personnel Section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities, advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Participate in special studies and projects related to military personnel programs, assist managers in strategic planning and in identifying immediate and long-range program/training and technology needs.
- →Establish, define, and implement requirements for the military personnel section to ensure operations are in line with regulatory requirements, support goals, and mission requirements.
