Join the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Shared Service Center! We're looking for talented professionals to help deliver solutions that support federal agencies nationwide. As a GS-0201-14, Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) you will lead Human Resources (HR) teams in delivering benefits and workers' compensation, advise federal agencies, and manage operations, growth, and strategy to improve HR services.
What You'll Do
- →Directs and oversees a team of HR specialists providing employee benefits and workers' compensation services across multiple federal agencies.
- →Provides senior-level technical consultation and advisory services on complex, controversial, and precedent-setting HR benefits issues.
- →Leads business planning, including market analysis, pricing, budgeting, and development of reimbursable agreements with client agencies.
- →Establishes and maintains relationships with federal agencies and stakeholders; markets HR products and services and delivers presentations.
- →Oversees program execution, ensuring compliance with federal laws, regulations, and policies related to employee benefits and workers' compensation.
- →Supervises staff by assigning work, evaluating performance, resolving personnel issues, and supporting training and development.
- →Contributes to strategic planning, policy development, and organizational initiatives to improve HR service delivery and customer outcomes.
