- →As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits & Compensation), you will: Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for agency-wide retirement, pay, and benefits programs for all pay systems, including General Schedule, SES, and executive/political employees.
- →Direct and oversee the full lifecycle administration of retirement (CSRS, FERS, VERA, VSIP, and related systems), pay administration, and employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, Thrift Savings Plan, leave, pay and debt waivers, and other entitlements.
- →Serve as a supervisor over the Division.
- →Responsible for retirement, pay, and benefits functions.
- →Plans, assigns, and evaluates work; establishes performance standards, and ensures alignment with organizational priorities.
Requirements

- ✓A probationary or trial period may be required.

- ✓A one year supervisory or managerial probationary period may be required.
- ✓Must successfully complete a background investigation.
- ✓Public Trust - Background Investigation will be required.
- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- ✓Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
