About the Role
This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent serves as an Supervisory Human Resources Specialist in the Workforce Accountability & Relations Division of the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS).
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist at the GS-0201-15 some of your typical work assignments may include: Supervise team of approximately 5 senior GS-0201-14 Human Resources Specialists.
- →Responsible for the conduct of Department-wide HR assessments/studies.
- →Advise senior Department leadership on significant and far-reaching HR matters.
- →Coordinates with respective partners within and external to the Department on relevant HR matters, and establishes/maintains cooperative relationships.
- →Routinely responds to Department and higher level inquires using approved package requirements in an extremely expeditious manner.

- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
