This is a non-bargaining unit position.
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent must be a customer service professional who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- →Things happen quickly and continuously in this position, and the incumbent will find the need to move from one task to another without much time in between or juggling multiple duties at the same time.
- →As the Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Chief, Executive Services Unit), you will perform the following duties: Plan, program, develop, and directs ICE-wide Senior Executive Services (SES) program objectives and initiatives to maintain and enhance management of the SES program.
- →Assure that all policy, regulatory, and program issuances are properly integrated and coordinated with other staff elements and are thereby fully supportive of ICE and OHC mission requirements, EEO program objectives, and the Federal Merit System principles.
- →Develop, foster, and sustain long-term working relationships and collaborative efforts with OPM and DHS counterparts and ICE senior executives, program senior leadership, managers, and supervisors in the development of SES biennial allocation requests designed to meet short-term and long term needs.
