You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resource Specialist (Military) in the Manpower/Personnel department of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop, analyze, implement and evaluate managerial policies to achieve personnel readiness for the force.
- →You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- →You will evaluate work performance of subordinates.
- →You will provide advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters; making decisions on work problems presented by subordinates.
- →You will serve as senior advisor for personnel readiness and personnel readiness reporting by providing policy, expertise and technical guidance to subordinate commands and Directors/Chiefs of Staff.
- →You will analyze and evaluate changes to the Navy Personnel distribution system.
- →Determines economic and/or efficiency benefits of change proposals, feasibility of implementation, and monitors changes in test.
