This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight, Marketplace Plan Management Group, Division of Compliance, Oversight, and Monitoring. As a Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-15, you will be responsible for conducting policy analysis and program operations related to oversight of enrolling partners and stakeholders in the Federally-facilitated Exchanges (FFEs).
What You'll Do
- →Directs the development and maintenance of regulations and sub-regulatory guidance related to oversight of private health insurance.
- →Directs the development of business processes and system requirements to support oversight of Exchange entities and/or stakeholders to ensure seamless system operations.
- →Oversees the development of qualitative analyses and reports to support oversight of Exchange entities and/or stakeholders to inform program improvements and policy decisions that enhance consumer experience and strengthen operations.
- →Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.
