This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information & Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), Consumer Support Group (CSG), Division of Independent Dispute Resolution (DIDR). As a Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-14, you will lead and coordinate program policy development for the establishment, operations, and oversight of the federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) processes.
What You'll Do
- →Lead the federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) programs, including policy development, implementation, and oversight.
- →Direct strategic planning and program management to ensure effective implementation of IDR requirements and achievement of organizational goals.
- →Supervise division staff and contractors, overseeing work assignments, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- →Manage division resources, including budget, procurement, workforce planning, and special projects.
- →Serve as a senior advisor and liaison to federal agencies and stakeholders on IDR policy and program implementation.
