The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Chief, Financial Services Division in the Directorate of Financial Management and Comptroller at a major command (MAJCOM) with responsibility for directing the activities of the Division.
What You'll Do
- →As Division Chief, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Division.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with a variety of DoD, DAF, NAF, and installation organizations within and outside the financial management functional areas.
- →Appropriation Accounting and Reporting.
- →Serves as the senior advisor to the MAJCOM FM Director and command personnel on matters pertaining to appropriation accounting and financial (fund accountability) reporting.
