About the Position: This position is located at the 59th Medical Wing - Joint Base San Antonio - Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center; Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Develop, modify, and/or interpret performance standards Explain performance expectations to employees and provide regular feedback on strengths and weaknesses.
- →Plan and coordinate all work requirements and complex projects to maintain patient care buildings Oversee multiple facility management resources including personnel, major service contracts, financial programs, continuous space utilization, information services, and design/layout of facilities/structures.
- →Implement and evaluate programs to manage medical safety risks, fire safety risks, facility response to emergencies, and to manage risks associated with physical security, hazardous materials, and medical waste.
