The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Recreation Programs Division. It provides operational procedures and staff supervision over Air Force-wide Services programs and facilities.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of Recreation Programs Division.
- →Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Community Program Division objectives. 2.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time.
- →Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of the employees. 3.
- →Evaluates work performance of the subordinates.
- →Gives advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. 4.
- →Represents HQ AFSVC, the Directorate, and the Recreation Programs Divisions with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Meet with key customers and coordinate officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise. 5.
- →Responsible for the development of procedures and operational oversight of specific AF-wide Services Programs.
