The primary purpose of this position is a formal career broadening position, centrally funded and managed by the Air Force Personnel Center, Directorate of Civilian Talent Readiness, AFPC/DPZ, and administered by the Operations Career Field Team, AFPC/DPZCS.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Operations Career Program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. 2.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 3.
- →Represents the Directorate and promotes civilian career management goals at Policy Council meetings and other formal panel or committee meetings. 4.
- →Develops methods and philosophy for promoting management advisory services. 5.
- →Markets and advocates civilian career management.
