What You'll Do
- →You will oversee the execution of all aspects of the Sports Medicine and Injury Prevention Program portfolio to include oversight of athletic training spaces, resources and budget.
- →You will design and implement athletic training protocols and operating procedures related to athletic training services that align with policy.
- →You will provide holistic interventions designed to keep Marines training within their unit or the ability to return to training to achieve operational physical readiness.
- →You will manage daily operations of the athletic training and recovery rooms, and maintain accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with program policies.
- →You will establish and adjust short-term priorities and prepare team schedules for completion of work, evaluate employee performance, and manage time and attendance.
Requirements
- ✓Applicants must meet the following basic education requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Basic Requirements: Bachelor's or graduate/higher level degree: major study in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position.
- ✓This degree must be from an educational program from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education(external link) at the time the degree was obtained.
