You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Rapid Mission Integration & Interoperability Department (MX) OR the Expeditionary Warfare Weapons & Energy Systems Department (JX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Lead Technical Project Manager.
- →You will identify solutions and provide guidance and advice to subordinates and to other supervisors and managers, when challenges emerge.
- →You will formulate objectives and priorities and implement plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization in a global environment that takes into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, and constraints.
- →You will develop and implement the organization's project and programmatic policies and procedures and determines criteria for assessing effectiveness.
- →You will monitor financial execution and the strategic allocation and management of the department's Reimbursable Authority (RA).
- →You will conduct in-depth analysis to formulate justifications and impact statements of proposed Reimbursable Authority (RA) and Carryover limits.
- →You will lead in the collection and analysis of the Technical Capability Heath Assessment of the supply and demand data.
- →You will provide capacity analysis of the direct workload within the Department, review data and recommend changes based on Department's strategies, and supports long range planning for the Department.
