About the Role

You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative Program Specialist in the Comptroller Department of FLTREADCEN EAST

What You'll Do

  • You will manage functions and activities applicable to the Government Travel process, including, Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) and Defense Travel System (DTS), in addition Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Directives.
  • You will develop performance measures and monitor procedures and systems for establishing, operating, and assessing the effectiveness for assigned programs.
  • You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
  • You will provide technical oversight of work; develop performance plans and rate employees.

Requirements

  • In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. or LL.M., if related to the position.
