This position is located in the Front Office of the Bureau of Human Resources (HR). The Bureau is responsible for the Department of State's global human capital strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and personnel policy. What You'll Do
- →Administers and coordinates taskings and action tracking systems to support HR Bureau and Departmental decision-making and responsiveness.
- →Receives, examines, and assigns taskers from the Executive Secretariat, senior Department leadership, and interagency partners.
- →Analyzes administrative processes and workflow systems to improve coordination and efficiency of operations in the Front Office and supported organizations.
- →Reviews and edits written products and materials such as decision memoranda, briefing books, executive summaries, and assigned interagency communications.
- →Coordinates the logistical components of assigned meetings, briefings, and events involving senior Department officials, interagency partners, and external stakeholders.
