About the Role
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.

- →Social Work Coordinator/GPD Liaison is responsible for monitoring and coordination of services provided by these GPD community-based programs funded under VA's Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program.
- →This Social Work Coordinator/GPD Liaison has experience that demonstrates possession of advanced practice skills and judgment.
- →At least one year should be in an area of specialized social work practice.
- →The incumbent is licensed or certified by a state at the advanced practice or independent practitioner level of social work practice, e.g., LCSW in Pennsylvania.
- →Driving and transporting Veterans in a government vehicle is a major part of the job duties.
- →Having a valid driver's license and being able to pass the VA Driver's Physical is contingent on performing the duties of this position.

Requirements
