About the Role
About the Position: The purpose of this position is to provide a full range of professional social work services for active duty, retired military members, reservists when eligible for medical care, and their families located in Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Conduct intake evaluations on routine and emergency basis.
- →Prepare written evaluation reports with clinical impressions and recommendations.
- →Assess individuals to explore the development of behavior patterns, mechanisms, and symptoms.
- →Determine the facts concerning patients’ problems and the underlying causes to assess the needs of the individual and/or family.
- →Conduct intake evaluations and psycho-diagnostic assessments.
- →Establish treatment plan, annotate adjustments to treatment plan as required over the course of therapy.
- →Perform consultation services for other medical clinics as needed and as related to patient care.
