About the Role
About the Position: This position with the Social Work Services within Mental Health Department at Guthrie Army Health Clinic located at Fort Drum, New York. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available for those new to Federal Employment.
What You'll Do
- →Apply biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions.
- →Provide evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches.
- →Provide primary care providers and staff regular and concise feedback on the status of referred patients, to include recommendations for team-based care.
- →Implement psychoeducational classes to target high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic.
- →Document information in the electronic health record during patient encounters
