The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Field Support Branch, HQ Air Force Services Center (AFSVC).
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Filed Support Branch, ensuring that the Air Force Headquarters Air Force Services Center complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of management officials throughout the Air Force and civilian business communities.
- →Analyzes installation past financial performance, historical trends, new program requirements, and current financial results to measure compliance with Air Force financial goals and objectives.
- →Establishes, conducts, reviews, and controls the training program for all business and community activity managers, and appropriate staff.
