What You'll Do
- →As a Senior Advisor, you will: Develop and utilize data analytics tools and case management strategies to evaluate trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform policy and enforcement priorities.
- →Lead and coordinate projects and teams conducting program research, analysis, and evaluation to ensure compliance with civil rights and health information privacy laws.
- →Provide expert guidance and coordination to implement nationwide enforcement and compliance programs, including processing complaints, determining compliance, and enforcing applicable laws and regulations.
- →Plan and execute outreach, public education, and stakeholder engagement activities to promote compliance and support OCR's mission and policy objectives.
