This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Noncompetitive Temp/Term Appt Authority to meet Critical Hiring Needs to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a postal clerk assigned to a variety of postal facility, at a U,S. Army Garrison. Incumbent performs a variety of tasks related to the handling of unclassified personal and official mail, and performing office clerical and filing work.
What You'll Do
- →Perform basic postal operations.
- →Prepare outgoing materials for dispatch ensuring such things as date, stamping verifying signatures and facing materials Perform clerical duties such as store and distribute internal management documents, maintain required stock of forms and supplies, and maintain counts of material dispatched.
