About the Position: This position is located in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Camp Lejeune is located in Onslow County, North Carolina, and is adjacent to the New River and the city of Jacksonville. The base covers about 233 square miles and includes 14 miles of Atlantic Ocean beach. Americas Mid-Atlantic District operates 26 schools in 2 countries, 3 states, and one territory across 3 time zones.
What You'll Do
- →Perform a variety of school administrative support functions, such as student registration, student attendance, academic records maintenance, and other related processes.
- →Receive data and enter into the student information management database.
- →Responsible for new student registration.
- →Assemble and distribute to family's student registration packets including a student schedule and handbook, regulations, a health record form, and other forms that might be required.
- →Prepare a variety of letters, messages, memoranda, reports, charts, school bulletins, and other correspondence using typing and automated word processing equipment and other various software programs.
- →Work in coordination with the administration to construct in the student information management system a viable school master schedule for teachers, e.g., times for preparation periods, lunch times, classroom teaching, etc.
- →Implement data collection techniques for collecting and electronically transferring student grades.
