About the Position: Serves as the Occupational Safety and Health Safety Program Manager for the 10th Regional Support Group (RSG) Okinawa, Japan and serviced Army activities in Japan.
What You'll Do
- →Plan and administer the safety programs consistent with policies and directives established by the 10th Regional Support Group and Higher Headquarters.
- →Conduct promotional campaigns to stimulate interest in accident prevention.
- →Set safety goals and objectives IAW overall command policy and implements programs to insure they are achieved.
- →Manage troop safety program including explosives, tactical and exercise safety, systems safety, risk management, aviation safety, war planning and mission support, training, airborne operations, and accident investigation.
- →Procures and distributes to units/activities promotional and training literature.
