The Recruitment Supervisor oversees daily recruitment operations, supervising recruiters, delivering training, analyzing applicant data, and adjusting strategies to meet goals. Serves as liaison to HQ, guides outreach and campaign development, mentors staff, and represents the program to partners and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- →The Recruitment Supervisor performs the following major duties: Responsible for managing and supporting a team of recruiters.
- →Plans, coordinates and evaluates the day-to-day recruitment processes and activities.
- →Provides guidance to Recruiters and campus representatives on campaign development and execution.
- →Provide training for new Recruiters and Campus Representatives in all aspects of the recruitment planning, strategy, process and methodology.
- →Participates in general management reviews.
- →Conducts functional inspections for compliance with policies, plans, regulations, and work planning.
- →Coaches, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee training and career development opportunities.
- →Provides effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, when necessary.
- →Participates in developing and organizing recruitment policies, programs and other related concerns.
Requirements
- ✓Applicants selected for this position are subject to the following Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old.
- ✓Males born after December 31, 1959, must be registered with Selective Service (see www.sss.gov).
- ✓Prior to employment, Peace Corps will review records for Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and former employees, as required by statutes 5 USC 3322 and 22 USC 2507b.
- ✓You must submit a signed statement acknowledging adherence to the Peace Corps Conditions of Employment before your first day.
- ✓You must successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation.
- ✓A one-year probationary period may be required.
- ✓This requirement is not applicable to current agency US Direct Hire employees who have completed a probationary period or current Experts who have served for more that 12 months.
- ✓Occasional travel may be required for this position.
- ✓The initial appointment to this position cannot exceed five years.
- ✓Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
