The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as a Unit Recruiter, Assessment, Selection, Training and Development (RAST-D) subject matter expert, responsible for filling vacancies for nearly 70- AFSCs.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, develops, and executes Recruiting actions to fill critical unit manpower requirements.
- →Develops, Schedules, and Coordinates the unit's Assessment and Selection (A&S) Phase.
- →Reviews, Identifies and Coordinates Training and Development Deficiencies.
- →Catalogs applications in the Recruiting Management System (RMS).
