What You'll Do
- →Serves as the manager for the Nehelani and may serve in a dual capacity as Recreation Delivery Program Team leader.
- →Develops, manages, plans and administers recreation activities programs to support eligible personnel for Nehelani activities.
- →Observes each program area to evaluate effectiveness of leadership and operation, effectiveness of service provided to the community and conformance to operating standards and regulations.
- →As Recreation Delivery Program Team leader is responsible for planning and executing of community special events that respond to the needs and interest of the military/civilian population.
- →Conducts periodic staff meetings and takes appropriate action for employee misconduct as well as recommending employee for awards.
