Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! What You'll Do

  • Incumbent is assigned to one or more specialized recreational activities such as the following: ITT Offices & Tradewind Travel/Leisure Travel.
  • Performs and/or assists in the operation of the ITT Office activity.
  • Based on established policies, incumbent carries out assigned phases of designated activity applying an understanding of the interest and needs of program participants.
  • Typical assignments may include: Provides information and sells tickets to patrons on local entertainment and other activities such as sporting events, concerts, outer-Island tours, etc.
  • Incumbent must be proactive in becoming familiar with these activities and reservation procedures of vendors.
  • Maintains daily sales report, daily account report, and expenditures; reviews vendor invoices and resolves billing disputes, and effects adjustments for discounts and service charges.
  • Helps to plan and coordinate details of recreational activities and maintains related supplies.
  • Assists in planning, scheduling and publicizing various activities to attract and motivate participants.
  • Plans leisure travel within Hawaii to include air, room, car and cruises.
  • Ensures adherence to safety rules and regulations.
  • Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy.
  • Assists customers.
  • Asks questions to determine, verify and solve problems.
  • Checks for satisfaction on the quality of goods and services.
