About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Outdoor Adventure Center, Beale AFB, CA. This role is for Regular Part-Time employment, offering benefits and ensuring a minimum of 20 hours of work weekly, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours per week
What You'll Do
- →Locates, research, and evaluates new tickets, trip options and tour destinations.
- →Independently plans, coordinates, develops, and executes ITT trips and tours; including but not limited to routing, scheduling and transportation.
- →Schedule contracted personnel for upcoming trips and tours.
- →Maintains monthly calendar, historical data and information regarding events and locations.
- →Maintains vendor and companion services relationships.
- →Process customer ticket and tour requests, make reservations, and process payments.
- →Assist in developing brochures and publicity submissions for marketing.
- →Ensure marquee and marketing material is continuously updated with current and viable upcoming programs.
- →Provide financial summary reports, inventory, purchase requests and budget information.
- →Follows established rules and procedures for cash accountability, inventory, reservations and customer transactions.
- →Process orders for replacement or new items; ensure received items are accurate and acceptable.
- →Ensure other ITT employees are adequately trained.
- →Issue or receive rental and loan equipment for OCA customers.
- →May be required to work uncommon tour of duty to include nights and weekends.
Requirements
- ✓Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
- ✓This position does not allow for education substitution.
- ✓FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
- ✓You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
- ✓It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
