About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Information, Tickets, & Tours on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan.
What You'll Do
- →Routine work is performed under the the direction of Lead Recreation Assistant and/or Information Ticket and Travel Manager in the Kadena ITT's local and international recreational tour operations ticket programs.
- →At the end of the shift clears the cash register and turns over cash and supporting documents.
- →Prepares and safeguards cash receipts and prepares daily cashier's reports.
- →Makes bank deposits as required.
- →Records and tracks daily tour sales.
- →Responsible for the daily input of data into our future accounts and ticket inventory.
- →Receives telephone calls and visitors, screens and refers callers to appropriate persons.
- →Required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- →Performs as tour guide or tour escort.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.
