About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Muroc Lake Golf Course, located on Edwards Airforce Base. This position requires the applicant to be of age to sell alcoholic beverages to patrons
What You'll Do
- →Performs and/or assists other recreation assistants or specialists in the operation and maintenance of golf course recreational facility.
- →Performs over-the-counter selling of a wide variety of golf merchandise.
- →Sells alcoholic beverages to customers.
- →Operates cash register, rings up sales, receives monies and make appropriate change, processes credit card sales.
- →At the end of shift, clears the cash register and turns over cash and supporting documents as instructed.
- →Places merchandise in bags.
- →Prices merchandise according to pricing guides and replenish stock as required.
- →Opens or closes the golf course in compliance with established procedures.
- →Takes tee time reservations in accordance with established policy.
- →Occasionally may operate the cash register in the sandbagger grill.
- →Performs administrative duties.
