About the Role
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Arts & Crafts Center on Dover Air Force Base. As a FLEX employee you may work anywhere between 0-40 hrs. per week on an as needed basis.
What You'll Do
- →Assists in the operation of the Engraving Shop.
- →Receives orders for custom printing, and engraving.
- →Receives and properly completes order forms.
- →Ensures payment for merchandise and or services.
- →Collects, safeguards, and deposits fees received from customers.
- →Conducts periodic inventory and ensures inventory levels are adequate to prepare orders.
- →Stocks merchandise received.
- →Assists in the operation of the following equipment, class 4 Laser Engraver.
- →Computerized engravers, large format printers, heat press/seal press, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- →Provides classroom instruction to include but not limited to general arts and crafts.
- →Will maintain all equipment.
- →Keep work area neat and clean.
