This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration in Operations Regulatory Compliance and Reporting (TOII) organization, Internal Operations Management Office (TOI), Transmission System Operations (TO), Transmission Services (T). A successful candidate in the Public Utilities Specialist (OMS Lead) position will serve as the Outage Management System Administrator for Transmission System Operations to assist in planning, organizing, managing, integrating, and evaluating the OMS.
What You'll Do
- →As a Public Utilities Specialist (OMS Lead), you will be: Responsible for ITOA bug and improvement request intake management (TFS), including prioritization of requests, disposition to appropriate resource(s) and documentation of request response for reference / knowledge management.
- →Triaging new requests and documentation.
- →Conducting analysis and gathering requirements, managing regulatory requirements for ITOA, generating user reports / queries, data quality improvement / rules or process improvement, documenting and managing configuration changes.
- →Responsible for ITOA access management including managing policy, process, procedures for submitting requests, managing procedures for ITOA change requests and managing and coordinating change requests.
- →Initiating, planning, and carrying out assignments requiring the application of new theories and developments to problems in transmission system operations

- ✓Details are processed in 120-day increments and may be extended up to two (2) year's total; additional extensions may be approved at the discretion of the Human Resources Service Center Director.
