About the Position: Serves as Behavioral Health (BH) Psychology Technician with the Defense Health Agency - Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC providing individualized and group direct and indirect patient care to clients that are primarily active-duty military Soldiers and other eligible personnel, and consultation. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Document intervention and patient’s response to treatment.
- →Obtain a thorough clinical history through interviews and medical records.
- →Assist in developing a treatment plan based on interviews, observations, records, and test results.
- →Perform intake for behavioral health patients to determine the mental, emotional, or behavioral needs.
- →Perform group and individual counseling and education for clients/patients with personal, behavioral or psychological problems.
- →Coordinate activities and encourage participation from patients.
