You will serve as a PROTOCOL OFFICER in the OFFICE OF STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS (01C) of NCIS. All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop, update, and implement a protocol program that effectively supports the NCIS mission.
- →You will establish and maintain effective working relationships with local, national, and international organizations associated with civilian and military leaders and dignitaries.
- →You will manage the appropriated and non-appropriated funds and training funds.
- →You will plan and develop both short- and long-range program goals and objectives for the execution of the overall program.
- →You will maintains files and records to justify expenditures for procurement and budgetary purposes.
