About the Role
About the Position: You will perform technical assistance duties in support of the training and development of employees assigned to the Navigation Division to include government and non-government training, on and off site.
What You'll Do
- →As training coordinator for all of Navigation Division with responsibility for coordinating/carrying out a variety of duties to assist supervisors and managers in administering the training program for the personnel of the Project.
- →As a Point of Contact for all training matters, you will serve as source of information on administrative requirements for training transactions.
- →To include being a VISA/GPC holder to coordinate, schedule and pay for training.
- →You will research training and licensing requirements of various regulatory bodies, including US Coast Guard, OSHA, and Corps of Engineers, to determine what training is legally required, at what frequency, and what employees need such training.
- →You will collect and compile a variety of data from office records, process travel related to training, files and management personnel for preparation of a variety of recurring and special reports.
- →Serve as backup FEM (Facilities and Equipment Maintenance System) Technician.
- →Trained Antiterrorism Officer for the US Moorings.
