The VA New York Harbor Healthcare system is currently recruiting for one Program Specialist (TMS Domain Manager) for the Education and Learning Resources service. The primary purpose of the TMS Domain & Learning Manager is to be the primary Talent Management System {TMS) administrator to provide programming, organizational and learning management structure for tracking courses, events, instructors, TMS administrations, facilities, and locations.
What You'll Do
- →Major duties include but are not limited to: Serves as the primary TMS Domain Manager providing programming structure and support to all VA NYHHCS employee accounts.
- →Coordinates projects for the development and implementation of training courses and/or course materials.
- →Provides extensive planning and organization, analyses of accumulated data and information, performs regular audits and reporting to the NYH and VISN.
- →Collaborate with internal and external keyholders to support education.
- →Develops and documents policy and procedure for TMS Administrators.
- →Responsible for managing TMS courses and content.
- →Manages and tracks trainings and learning events align with organizational goals and objectives.
- →Develops and provides recommendations for actions and methods on procedural and policy matters related to course content in TMS.
- →Collects and analyzes data to determine effective application of education and training.
- →Performs other duties as assigned to support the Education and Learning Department.
- →Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Telework: This position may be authorized for telework.
