This vacancy is for a Program Director in the Economic Development Administration within the Department of Commerce.
What You'll Do
- →Strategy Execution Leads implementation of policy priorities and strategic direction of EDA for PSRD, as articulated by the Assistant Secretary for Economic Development and informed by Department of Commerce and Administration directives and policies.
- →Program Development and Management Manages design and execution of cooperative agreements, competitive grants, or other award competitions in the research and national technical assistance portfolios, ensuring effective award and postaward management.
- →Portfolio Management Supports OAS leadership by leading a portfolio management team that monitors program outcomes, objectives, risks, and cross-program consistency.
- →Leverage these insights to equip senior leadership discussions and improve the portfolio over time.
- →Division Operations & Supervision Oversee relationships, teams, and procedures for effective operation of the division.
- →This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Program Director GS-0301-15, positions within the Department of Commerce in the same geographical location or local commuting area with the same qualifications and specialized experience.
Requirements
