What You'll Do
- →Supports the development and maintenance of learning materials and resources for interns and early-career staff.
- →Assists with planning and coordinating workshops, orientations, and other learning activities, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up communication.
- →Serves as a point of contact for program participants and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and sharing relevant resources.
- →Maintains program records, processes documentation, and prepares basic reports to support efficient operations.
- →Collects participant feedback and engagement data to help identify opportunities for program improvement.
- →Provides general administrative and operational support for Training and Development initiatives as needed Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
