The VA Health System, has 1 vacancy for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN will be fully qualified and certified to function in a clinical role and in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the Veterans Affairs Health Care System. The (LPN/LVN) also performs assigned duties in a manner that promotes quality health care, outstanding customer service, and the maintenance of an environment committed to serving the veteran.
What You'll Do
- →The duties include, but are not limited too: The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical/License Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) 6 is to perform assigned duties in a manner that promotes quality health care, positive customer service and the maintenance of an environment committed to serving the veteran.
- →The LPN/LVN also performs assigned duties in a manner that promotes quality health care, outstanding customer service, and the maintenance of an environment committed to serving the veteran.
- →Performs within this functional statement under guidance of the Nurse Manager or designee.
- →Assigned tasks require basic technical competence and skill.
- →Expected to be able to function at the fully successful level for all key elements at the GS-5 Level.
- →Demonstrate proficiency in practice based on conscious and deliberate planning.
- →Self-directed in goal setting for managing complex client situations.
- →Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
- →Administers medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
