About the Position: This position is located in an outpatient Family Health and Internal Medicine clinic within a medical facility. The clinic provides services to a diverse patient population, including adults and families. The working environment is fast-paced and patient-centered, with a focus on preventive care and disease management. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional extended hours overtime as needed. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Perform patient intake, including assessment of vital signs, health history, and documentation in electronic health record.
- →Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered by providers.
- →Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests.
- →Provide patient education on health maintenance, chronic disease management, and medication adherence.
- →Monitors patient responses during and after procedures.
- →Coordinate patient flow and support efficient clinic operations.
- →Provides practical nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic with a variety of medical conditions.
