About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at the Womack Army Medical Center, Department of Surgery. The working hours are 0730-1630 but may vary slightly with on call hours during evening and weekends. The clinic provides outpatient treatment and diagnosis for members of the Armed Forces, their beneficiaries, and retirees. The Practical Nurse provides technical and specialized nursing care for all patients. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Obtain major complaints, symptoms, or reason for seeking health care from patient and/or family.
- →Document patients' chief complaints in the health record.
- →Provide individualized nursing care to patients of all ages.
- →Perform routine procedures in accordance with treatment plan.
