About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center in the Directorate of Medicine, Department of Medicine Allergy Clinic in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tripler Army Medical Center is a tobacco-free workplace. Tobacco products include, but are not limited to, smoking, smokeless tobacco, and electronic nicotine delivery devices. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Coordinate nursing care activities to include patient safety and education.
- →Administer medications with physicians orders after completion of medication administration competency test.
- →Provide comprehensive direct nursing care to patients based on the physician's medical plan.
- →Administer oxygen, IV piggyback medications, IV fluids, and oral medications.
- →Transport patients to other services, departments, and/or facilities.
- →Perform a variety of administrative tasks for the Pain Clinic in support of the Head Nurse.
- →Assist in managing the Performance Improvement Plan for the clinic.
