The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over subordinate employees assigned to the Installations Support Branch, Asset Management Division, Air Logistics, Engineer, and Force Protection Directorate, Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC). What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Installation Support Branch, ensuring that work complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents branch with a variety of AF, ANG, and interested organizations.
- →Balances the interest of a variety of clients, both internal and external to the organization, the AF, ANG, DoD, and outside agencies to achieve mission goals and objectives
