About the Position: This position is located at WINN Army Medical Hospital, Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform a wide range of complex PTA duties requiring an advanced practical knowledge of physical therapy.
- →Implement and design prescribed physical therapy progressive treatment plans with patients for orthopedic conditions in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
- →Instruct and review all home program precautions with patients and family members.
- →Administer diverse physical therapy programs utilizing various therapeutic interventions, such as thermotherapy, electrotherapy, mechanical traction, and/or gait training, mobility/transfers, group education exercise.
- →Provide updated status in patient progress reports to attending Physical Therapists.
