The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct support to the Senior ART by accomplishing a variety of duties relating to program management activities for all aspects of medical readiness administration.
What You'll Do
- →Provides guidance to commanders, supervisors, and managers on a broad scope of performance management issues in coordination with local Civilian Personnel Section (CPS), legal office and union representatives.
- →Serves as the primary point of contact for Civilian Personnel services involving position management staffing, placement, and classification.
- →Serves as a civilian personnel program management specialist coordinating and implementing a myriad of civilian personnel program services for the Wing.
- →Prepares written correspondence and other documentation.
- →Obtains information from a variety of sources, consolidates information and develops into operational working/information papers and/or internal operating procedures.
