About the Position: This Position located at Womack Army Medical Center, is the primary point of contact for customers and staff utilizing the patient appointment system and will prepare reports, schedule appointments and perform clinical operation functions. Fort Bragg is co-located with Fayetteville in the beautiful state of North Carolina, which enjoys seasonable weather year round and is surrounded by several colleges and universities.
What You'll Do
- →Review provider schedules for accuracy and compliance with access standards, guidance and clinic specific protocols.
- →Generate reports to resolve discrepancies.
- →Utilize automated systems to develop master schedules.
- →Review patient appointment procedures to provide assistance and training.
- →Coordinate work to accomplish the patient appointment system activities.
