You will serve as a PASSPORT SPECIALIST in the OPERATIONS AND PLANS DEPARTMENT (N33) of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the command passport specialist and subject matter export for acquiring and safeguarding official and tourist passports.
- →You will provide oversight, direction, and guidance to tenant administrative and operational support personnel concerning command passport and visa policies, procedures and instructions, workflow, and databases to meet travel requirements.
- →You will provide interpretative guidance and direction concerning implement of DoS policies, provisions and regulations pertaining to official and tourist passports and foreign travel visas.
- →You will monitor and coordinate procurement of passports and/or visas with DoS and/or appropriate consulates.
- →You will calculate visa processing time to ensure multiple country visas are obtained in a timely manner, and coordinates with appropriate agencies for expeditious processing of applications.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
