About the Role
You will serve as a PARALEGAL SPECIALIST in the CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. What You'll Do
- →You will maintain databases and files for public and confidential financial disclosure reports, ethics counselor certifications, and annual ethics training.
- →You will provide assistance to the assigned attorneys by tracking and maintaining information held in the databases.
- →You will assist with preparing routine announcements, reminders, queries and follow up correspondence with ethics counselors and individual filers.
- →You will perform a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to reviewing, distributing, tracking, and processing incoming and outgoing office correspondence.
